Honey Roasted Ribs 蜜汁排骨


cooked this while i'm really too bored at home and getting bored with all the plain food at home..

i simply oven baked the ribs making full use of the oven and reduce the use of oil
so don't worry about consuming "oily food"

Simply marinate the ribs with the following flavoring:
Tomato sauce (as much as you like according to personal preference)
Oyster sauce
Pepper

the marinate takes at least half an hour (you can keep it in the fridge for one day if you wish to have more "complicated" taste)

add a spoon of corn flour and slightly "massage" the ribs before you furnish all the ribs in the oven

keep the marinate sauce and add half a (rice) bowl of water

oven the ribs for 30 minutes
(im talking about those small oven, not the heavy duty oven)

30 minutes later,
heat up the pan/wok
with/without oil and simmer the diluted sauce
add in the ribs (together with the "juice" on the tray)
simply fry for awhile
Add about a table spoon full of honey before you get the ribs out of the wok!

ready to serve!

扣肉炒米粉




今天心血來潮
想就做啦
跑去市場買了材料就 *劈啪 *劈啪 開廚啦~
扣肉炒米粉的確是挺不健康的
可是我個人喜歡味道濃濃滴食物
尤其是古早味
只是儘量把它煮得沒那麼油膩啦
材料相當簡單, 有罐頭排骨, 高麗菜, 米粉 和 少許 蒜頭 (切末)
做法: -
1. 用少許油 爆香 蒜頭末 直至呈金黃色
2. 加入 排骨 (已去油 留肉湯便可)
3. 翻炒一下 加入米粉 攪拌 在這裡 我稍微加入少許 蠔油 調味
4. 待米粉與湯汁攪拌均勻, 加入 高麗菜 (可用 菜心 或 包菜 取代之)
稍微攪拌, 直至米粉顏色呈漂亮滴酱色 便可以上盤啦
全程只需20分鐘!

只是吃多了會膩囉
忘了怎麼煮啦
義大利面倒是買回來滴
材料估計有: 香腸, 蘑菇 和 火腿
全程只需15分鐘~
